A competent professional coaching staff and the new training complex will ensure optimal conditions. This differentiates us from everything that has existed in The Gambia so far.
EDUCATION
Education is the key to change lives. Not every player can become a professional football player. That is the reason why we also prepare the talents for a better life in a globalized world.
MINDSET & LIFESTYLE
You are not just part of a football club. You're part of a big family. Having the right mindset, lifestyle and character for a sustainable successful career is of utmost relevance. Therefore, this is a pillar of our Gambinos Way.

We work with absolute football experts. We are innovative and open-minded and set an individual focus as part of the talent development process. The talent is seen as an individual, and we also design the training accordingly. We support the talent to reach his maximum potential.
We have implemented several components in our sporting concept for this purpose.
TECHNICAL TRAINING
EDUCATION
Education is the basis and the key to a better future. For this reason, we have developed a unique schooling concept for our talents, which aims to create the best possible level of education.
NO SCHOOL FEE
We cover the school fees and costs for books and school materials for our academy talents. This way, the family does not have to worry about whether they can afford education for their child.
COOPERATION WITH JOHN PICKERING SCHOOL
Through a cooperation with the John Pickering School, we make it possible for our young talents to go to school every day, to have a training schedule adapted to their timetable, and to obtain their first educational qualification.
GAMBINOS PRIVATE TEACHERS
We have qualified private teachers who teach in small groups. This allows for individual attention to the educational progress and needs of each talent.
Players receive tuition in English, Health Science, Mathematics, Financial Accounting, Geography and Science.
In these subjects, the talents will then write their exams to obtain the West African Senior School Certificate, which will enable them to gain admission to a university.
PREPARATION FOR LIFE
The final stage of the elite player's education prepares him for the life of a professional footballer in Europe or North America. The aim is to create an intercultural understanding of life in a foreign country, goal setting, sports science, etiquette & communication, mindset, resilience, health, nutrition, discipline and much more.
MINDSET & LIFESTYLE
To be successful in the long term a growth mindset and a professional lifestyle are needed. This is taught at an early stage at Gambinos and is a fundamental part of our academy culture.
